This is a voucher-like system that will enable students to choose whether he/she will enroll in Public or Private Institution, thus we cannot give the List of HEIs under TES in Region IV. Because all HEIs with Programs with Government Recognition are all eligible to offer higher education to students or grantees of TES. and the students/grantees may choose where he/she wants to enroll.
