Hi,
I want to request the data on yellow and red alerts since 2016. The DOE has this Grid alert report where it discusses the details of such yellow/ref alerts: like the cause of such red/yellow alerts, the power plant/s responsible, the areas affected, and when the yellow/red alert ceased.
Thanks!
