I am a Filipino graduate student working  on an academic research about the "Risk Assessment and Evaluation of COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan of the Food Service Sector under SMEs in the Philippines". May I request you to send me a copy of the list of food service establishments, such as restaurants and cafes, in Quezon City and City of Manila with their contact information? If the contact information is not available, the list will do. Rest assured that this will be solely use for academic research only. Thank you so much.

Please note that this is a regular request and does not fall under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016). 

Also, kindly be informed that only sole proprietorships are registered with DTI, hence not all operating businesses may not be registered with DTI. 

Also, kindly be advised that a Business Name Registration is NOT a license to engage in any kind of business and that the business, regardless of its nature, needs to be registered with the Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office where the business is located (business address).

In this context, we suggest that you contact the respective Local Government Unit - Business Permit and Licensing Office of Quezon City and Manila City to better serve your concern.
