You asked for -
1) List of Elected Barangay Officials year 2010-2013
2) Documents regarding funding of local roads and farm to market roads for year 2010-2013
Response to Request
Unfortunately the National Barangay Operations Office does not have a copy of the Barangay Election Results in 2010. You may opt to request the data at the Commission on Election through https://www.comelec.gov.ph/?r=ContactInformation
As for the Road Projects from 2010 - 2013, you may access the SubayBayan Website and search for the list of funded road projects in the country.

Your right to request a review
