Dearest Sir/Mam

I would like to sincerely request a list of elected barangay  officials last October 28, 2013 and May 14, 2018  of the Barangay/SK Election particularly Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Manjuyod, Province of Negros Oriental, Region VII.

This is to verify and double check the records of alleged Barangay Official, a former Unconditional Cash Transfer of DSWD beneficiaries, who still continued receiving the cash subsidy despite, after being elected as barangay kagawad in the past 2 electorial terms.
