Hi FOI, We, from the Imus Institute of Science and Technology - LSDC Department would like to request a copy of Duly Elected Barangay and SK Officials in the recently concluded Barangay/SK Elections 2018. Particularly in the Region IV-A. This is for us to formally address our proposals to the right persons. July 13, 2018 Dear Jeffrey Sy, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 04, 2018 11:05:15 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for List of Elected Barangay and SK Officials 2018. Response to Request As of this date, this Department is still in the process of collecting data regarding the newly elected officials from various Barangay Local Government Units across the country. As such, we will not be able to provide you with the information you are requesting. However, once all data have been collected, a masterlist of all Barangay officials will be posted in the DILG Website. You may visit the site at http://dilg.gov.ph/ Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Eduardo M. Año, OIC-SILG, DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, Quezon ave., Quezon city. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
