Dear Mr. Ian Bert Tusil,
You requested for data on the following “List of DSWD Charity NGOs and their line of advocacy”.
Please note that the DSWD already has the following data provided in its website, http://www.dswd.gov.ph/accreditlicense/:
1. Directory of Social Welfare and Development Agencies (SWDAs) with valid registration, and license to operate and accreditation by the DSWD in compliance with AO No. 16 series of 2012 (as of May 25, 2018). The information in the directory includes the various programs and services implemented by the NGO.
2. List of DSWD Centers and Institutions with Valid Accreditation Certificates by the Social Welfare and Development (as of June 22, 2018)
3. List of Residential Care Facilities Managed by the Local Government Units (LGUs) (as of June 22, 2018)
If what you are requesting for is not included in the above list, please clarify what you mean by a “Charity NGO”. It would greatly help us in gathering the relevant data.

Dear Ian Bert,
I refer to my letter of Aug 10, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of DSWD accredited Charity NGO. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Nov 02, 2018.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
