Thank you for your request dated Oct 10, 2023 07:11:52 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
This pertains to your request on the DOE projects and partners. As for the Energy Policy and Planning Bureau (EPPB), we have the 2024 Household Energy Consumption Survey (HECS) under the 2023 Comprehensive Regional Energy Study in the Philippines (CRESP).
The 2024 HECS is in collaboration with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
As for the other bureaus, you may coordinate with the FOI Receiving Officer.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Raphael P.M. Lotilla. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Hi! I was actually looking for a more comprehensive list of partnerships of the DOE including its partnerships with private institutions like the University of the Philippines for Project Cipher. Do you happen to have that?
