I hope you are well and safe. I would like to request the current list of all dialysis centers in NCR from the Philippine Renal Disease Registry including:
1. both government and free-standing dialysis centers; and
2. both public and private dialysis centers.
The data will be used in our undergraduate thesis necessary for sampling our target population. Thank you very much.
