BuCor chief Nicanor Faeldon said in a presser on Aug. 22 that there were around 200 convicts who were released due to their recomputed sentences after the retroactive application of the good conduct and time allowance. I am requesting for a list of these 200 convicts who were released. This could be in a table, with the ff info: - Name of released convict (Last, First Middle) - Address (may be omitted for privacy) - Start of preventive imprisonment - Date of release - Crime(s) convicted of - Length of sentence - GCTA credits (in years, months, days) - BuCor prison where s/he served sentence
