Greetings!

Please be informed that according to Section 3 of Executive Order (EO) No. 02 series of 2016, only Filipino citizens shall have access to information, official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development. 

We sent you an email on Jul 14, 2020 requesting for any Filipino identification (in case of dual citizenship) that you can submit since we only received your Japanese Passport as proof of identification. We didn't receive any response. Thus, this request is invalid.
