Greetings !

Thank you  for your request  for information  on the list  of companies  or establishments  that closed  before and during  the  pandemic  (2019-2021) particularly  the  following  details  :  company name, industry, company  location, number  of employees  affected/laid  off  ( age bracket/gender)  date  of company  closure, and other necessary details.

Your request  is denied  given  that upon  further  evaluation  of your  request, the information  you identified  is among  the exceptions listed in Annex A   and/or  the  inventory  of Exceptions to Executive Order  No. 2  (S. 2016)  and are deemed  confidential  under Department  Order No. 103-10 Series of 2010.

If  you  are not  satisfied  with the response  to your  FOI  request, you may  request  for an  internal  review  of the  response, by writing  to [email protected]. Your  request  for review  should explain  why you  are dissatisfied  with the response,  the filing  of which  should  be made within  15 calendar  days  from date  of receipt  of the response. You  will be informed  of the result  within 30  calendar  days  from date  of receipt  of your  review  request.

If you are not satisfied  with  result  of the  review, you  have the right   to appeal  to the  Office of the  President  under Adminstrative  Order No. 22 (s 2011)
