Trends of cases (whether declining or increasing) per province and city/municipality in the region Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council (JJWC) that may have the data that you require. Under Republic Act 10630 (the “Juvenile Justice Welfare Act”), the JJWC oversees the implementation of the law. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the JJWC by submitting a request to them via this portal. You may also contact them by telephone at 921-0565 or via email at [email protected] Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ROLANDO JOSELITO D.
