Hello, I would like to request a list of certified Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) (or commonly known as 'drones') Operators [RPAS Operators] as well as Authorized Training Organization Certificate (ATOC) owners. As this information is not available in the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines' website. Only AOC's and ATOC's of civil aircraft are listed here. The concerned office is the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) under the Department of Transportation. Thank you very much for offering the general public this service.
