Hello! I'm Jasmin Lynn Umblas from the University of the Philippines - Diliman studying BS Mining Engineering. My groupmates and I would like to request the List of All Small Scale Mining Permits in the Philippines or even just within the Provinces of Cebu and Zambales. These documents would greatly help with our research study for our Final Exam in one of our subjects. Hoping for your kind consideration and favorable decision. Thank you. NOTE: These documents cannot be found anywhere in the web as LGUs do not post them as well as DENR and MGB hence this request.
