March 30, 2017 Dear Dayanara Cudal, Greetings from the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB)! Thank you for your request dated Mar 12, 2017 07:56:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request: You asked for [sic] "list of all shows MTRCB has issued an Strong Parental Guidance (SPG) warning for the last five (5) years." Response to Request: Your FOI request is APPROVED. Enclosed is a copy of all the television programs for which the MTRCB had classified to carry SPG rating from calendar year (CY) 2012-2016, updated as of 27 March 2017. In summary, a total of 3480 television programs shows have been classified as rated “SPG” from CY 2012 – 2016. The breakdown per year is as follows: 426 SPG shows in 2012; 653 SPG shows in 2013; 780 SPG shows in 2014; 809 SPG shows in 2015 and; 812 SPG shows in 2016. Your right to request a review: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to MTRCB Chairperson Ma. Rachel J.
