Thank you for your request dated Mar 15, 2017 08:28:13 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for List of all enacted laws from the Ramos Administration to the Aquino Administration (1992 to 2016). The Official Gazette of the Philippines which may be accessed on-line (http://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/) is the official publication of the Philippine Government of all laws and presidential issuances. But the PLLO, as a matter of course has its own compilation of laws and we are more than willing to provide you with the requested list of Republic Acts. However, in view of the voluminous nature of your request, may we ask that you to personally pick-up the said document at our office at 2nd Floor, New Executive Building, Malacañang, and look for our FOI Receiving Officer Ms. Estrellita Gabutin or Mr. Franz Josef Tumaneng. This may charge you to pay a minimum fee for reproduction. We don’t have data on the voting results in Congress for each of the laws. If you are interested in the voting results as well as the transcript of debates, may we refer you the Archives section of both Chambers of Congress which is the official repository of all documents pertaining to legislation. Also, may we seek for you indulgence and understanding for our inability to reply to you query immediately and within the prescribed period. Please be informed that the PLLO designated receivers were not able to access the e-FOI portal due to technical and administrative problems in the past year of implementation of the said portal. It was only this month, through the assistance of the PCOO that the PLLO was able to address these difficulties and hence access the portal. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to PLLO Secretary Adelino B. Sitoy and mail at 2nd Floor, New Executive Buiding, Malacañang or email at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
