Hi, I would like to request information/ the list of all the poultry farms which have applied for and issued ECCs by the DENR in the province of Zambales. The following info would be appreciated

1. Names of Poultry Farm
2. Owner of Poultry Farm
3. Location or address (Brgy and Municipality) of the Poultry Farm
4. Capacity or designed number of heads (chicken) for the Poultry Farm.
5. If available, which company these Farms have supply contracts with.

Several towns in Zambales suffer from regular and massive flies infestations. We need to know the source of these flies.  Thank you
