You requested information on: (1) List of all 4Ps members, with their barangay and street for research and development because your website will allow pinpointing of fake 4P beneficiaries.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, the information you are requesting falls under the list of Exceptions to the Right of Access to Information enumerated in the Inventory of Exceptions to Right to Access to Information issued by the Office of the President (attached as ANNEX B to the FOI Manual of the DSWD). Specifically, it falls under:

a.	Information of a personal nature where disclosure would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, personal information or records, including sensitive personal information, birth records, school records, or medical or health records;
