Hi there!
I'm a Research Analyst II at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies. We will be using the information requested for an Assessment on the Philippine Transportation Infrastructure (specifically the Air and Water sector). This is an approved project that we are planning to finalize by 2021. Also, we plan to use the data as reference for a section on the paper where we will report about government projects.
