Thank you for your accommodating my request, just to verify, as I write a request letter, can I add additional info not mentioned within the subject of my concern and was not written here to FOI platform? for example, from my original subject as " List of Active Rice and Cement Importers" to " List of Active Rice and Cement Importers and Exporters".
