June 30, 2023 Dear J. Bien, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 23, 2023 03:14:04 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for List of Accredited Consultants/ Contractors for Helipad Construction. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. Per the Aerodrome Registration Certification & Inspection Division (ARCID-AANSOO), please be informed that the ARCID-AANSOO, as a regulatory oversight arm of CAAP, is not affiliated to any accredited consultants/contractors for helipad construction. In addition, you may refer to the Manual of Standards for Aerodromes Chapter 15: Heliport Standards, which is accessible and downloadable at the CAAP website (https://caap.gov.ph/manual-of-standards/). It will serve as a reference in determining the needed considerations in designing a helipad. Should you have any queries regarding this matter, you may email us at [email protected]. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
