I would like to ask for the list of names of the 4Ps Beneficiaries in Jugno, Amlan, Negros Oriental for the sole purpose of our Research subject. Our study covers the 4Ps beneficiaries in the said area because we want to help them in terms of hygiene and sanitation in fighting this pandemic. Thus, we can only purse the purpose of our Research study given that we have the list of names and contact number of the 4Ps beneficiaries. Without it, we cannot proceed.

You requested information on the following for a research project: (1) List of names of the 4Ps Beneficiaries in Jugno, Amlan, Negros Oriental.

Unfortunately, the information you are requesting falls under the list of Exceptions to the Right of Access to Information enumerated in the Inventory of Exceptions to Right to Access to Information issued by the Office of the President (attached as ANNEX B to the FOI Manual of the DSWD). Specifically, it falls under:

Your right to request a review
