• Local Gaming Agents of POGO

2. List of 200 POGOs closed down by authorities that were in news reports last October 2019.
Response to Request
Please find attached list of the following:
1. Licensees for the development and operations of Integrated Resorts and Casinos, both operational and non-operational, to date.
2. Approved POGO
3. Accredited Local Gaming Agents
4. Accredited Service Providers
5. Accredited Gaming Laboratories.
As regards to the list of companies/individuals with corresponding addresses that are licensed with PAGCOR for Electronic Games, Bingo Games, Sports Betting and Poker Games, please note that based on the Gaming Licensing and Development Department memorandum dated January 2, 2020, due to the confidential nature of requested information, a request for clearance to release has been submitted to concerned departments due to concerns that it may give any recipient undue advantage with regard to the prospect of establishing viable gaming sites.
Based on the Offshore Gaming Licensing Department memorandum dated January 2, 2020, regarding the request for list of 200 POGOs which were “closed down by authorities that were in news reports last October 2019”, please be informed that in compliance with the Mutual Cooperation Agreement (MCA) entered into by PAGCOR, the Philippine National Police, National Bureau of Investigation, Bureau of Immigration and the Department of Justice, the requested information is confidential in nature.
Based on the Procurement Department (PD) memorandum dated December 26, 2019, please be informed that PD does not have an accredited supplier.
Your right to request a review

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
