Please note that the said request falls under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Executive Branch. However, the information that you are requesting are already available online.
 
For the contact information of Inventors Organizations, you may visit https://techtrans.gov.ph/accredited-organizations/list-updated-inventors-organization-luzon-visayas-mindanao wherein the names of the organizations and their respective presidents are posted. Due to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, we cannot provide you their contact numbers or email addresses without their written consent. You may try to check their social media pages for their contact details as they might not have working websites at the moment. 
 
For the Annual Reports, we can provide you the DOST-TAPI Annual Reports from CY 2015 to 2019.
