I refer to my letter of Jun 19, 2023 04:00:24 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List and Number of Day Care Centers, CD Teachers, and CD Workers in Cebu per LGU per Brgy.
While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we find your request incomplete. Thus, your FOI request did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.
Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:
SECTION 9. Procedure. The following procedure shall govern the filing and processing of requests for access to information:
