Good day! I would like to request a list and address of DICT (formerly TELOF-NCC) real property and offices in the Philippines, both developed and underdeveloped. I am working on a personal project which aims to refine the current literature on local telecommunications/ICT history and heritage. By identifying facilities of the former Bureau of Telecom/TELOF/NCC/ICTO, we may be able to appreciate the historical and geographical evolution of ICT in the country.
