Response to Request We extend to your gratitude for trusting this Office on your request. However, with regard to your request for supporting documents, we regret to inform you that this office is not in custody of such records. They properly belong to the LGU concerned, in this case LGU San Pascual. On our part, we considered and accepted the liquidation report as the same has been signed by the LGU officials in their capacity and as such enjoys the presumption of regularity.
