Good Afternoon, I am Jameroden M. Mocsir, an employee of Commission on Audit, I would like to inquire if you can verify HLURB License to Sell No. 033125 signed by Atty. Richard L. Manila, Regional Officer, Region STR issued last June 6th of 2018. The Project owner is the Asia Landbest Properties, Inc.and the Project Name is CEDAR WOOD RESIDENCES.
