Hi, I would like to seek clarification on the license status (if any) of a training center using the name Starlight Review Center and located at 2739 Audra Blvd., Santa Cruze, Manila with phone number: (632)-242-6978; (632)-775-9263. Can TESDA please clarify if this company has any valid, canceled, or suspended license to operate as a training center? Furthermore, does TESDA place any regulations on private training centers offering "enhancement training" for OFWs that already have valid NCII certificates, but their agencies require them to pay for additional enhancement training?
