Hi! I would like to request a letter from your agency regarding: 1. JGVILL BUILDERS AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT. CORP. with office address at G/F Tipolo Square, Tipolo Mandaue City. If the aforementioned business name is a registered developer. 2. If the CEO of the aforementioned developer Ma. Gina A. Villarin has a License to Sell a parcel of land in Lestino Heights covered by tax dec. no. GRC6-11-075-04431 with Lot No.18694 situated in Quiot, Pardo Cebu City. This request is for the purpose of withdrawing the mortgage agreement/contract of purchasing a portion of Lot in Lestino Heights.
