I would like to request for the License and Permit of a Certain non-airconditioned provincial bus line, RMB Bus registered under Mr. Raul Buban so I can file an appropriate case against his line, as I got into a vehicular accident involving a bus under their franchise, and they are not responding to my attempts to contact them.
