1. Number of Women Entrepreneurs Created from year 2018 to 2022 (projection) 
2. Number of Youth Entrepreneurs Created (15-30 years old) from year 2018 to 2022 (projection) 
3. Number of LGUs with streamlined business permit and licensing systems ( steps in registration )
