Our thesis group would like to request an issuance of 1. Level of Service Data 2. Annual Average Daily Traffic Data 3. Road Segment (Flood-Prone Area/Segment) 1-3 is with Three Years Coverage (2021-2023) that we will be using for the simulation of our research project. This data is essential for our study, as it will enable us to comprehensively assess the impact of traffic conditions, specifically level of service, on the wear and tear of pavements in both free-flow and congested traffic scenarios along Commonwealth Avenue
