Good day ma'am/ sir, as part of our preliminary requirements, we were tasked to gather data from the government. We would like to inquire about the regarding matters: (1) level of nitrogen dioxide in Metro Manila, (2) the quality of air in the said city, (3) the changes in its quality year by year(from January of 2010 until December of 2020) and (4) if the halt in economy, brought by the pandemic, affected the quality of air.
