Hi, I would like to request information/copies of documents that match the following descriptions: 1.) All letters sent by Thomas Chan and/or the Hong Kong Union of Employment Agencies which were sent/delivered/addressed to Secretary Silvestre Bello III. These documents are requested because Thomas Chan and/or the Hong Kong Union of Employment Agencies appears to have sent a number of pro-agency and anti-OFW letters to Secretary Silvestre Bello III. One or more of these letters likely led to an official response by the Department of Labour and Employment, such as a recall of HK's Labatt.
