Dear Sir/Ma'am: I already received your response/ action to my request for Transfer of Assignment of my husband. Honestly, all my hopes and chances vanished when I read your response. I'm working here in the province, that's why I'm trying to contact you here through emails. I am also a mom of a toddler and having a hard time for my family. I can't do alone what you have responded to me since I don't know how to request for the availability for transfer and to whom it will be addressed correctly. As well as my husband who has a hard schedule at work and no idea how to do it. :( What I thought is, the DPRM agency will help me seek for the availability since they have all the records here in the Philippines. My husband really wants to be transferred here near our residence because of all the aforementioned reasons in my letter. All we really need is him to be transferred here and I thought the DPRM office will help us. They can see the records and they can communicate through channels in the PNP department. I hope your good office and the DPRM will help us. I am a nobody, powerless but I'm a mother and a wife that keeps being strong for the family because it's the most important thing in this world. I am always praying that you will help us with what our heart desires. Please consider my request for my husband. Thank you and God bless.
