Good day! I am Jobert Cortes, a 5th year Industrial Engineering student from Technological Institute of the Philippines currently taking my Design Project course would like to express my interest in doing research in the current state of our Agriculture industry. The project we have in mind is to incorporate technology with farming or "Smart Farming" For now, we would like to ask for a person where we can directly communicate our plan, we will submit a formal letter of request signed by our department head and college dean and address it to that person.
