Good Day! I am a 5th year architecture student from Technological University of the Philippines - Manila. We are having a thesis proposal entitled as "Proposed Kalinga Cultural Center and Museum". We would like to request information regarding:
• Copy of the updated Sustainable Tourism Development Project Program
• Tourism Resiliency Data of all regions in the Philippines based on the STDP
• Tourism Resiliency Data in Cordillera Administrative Region based on the STDP
• Annual Tourism Statistics for the year 2017-2022
•. Annual Cultural Tourism Statistics for the year 2017-2022

You asked for the following tourism data from 2017-2022:
1. Copy of the Sustainable Tourism Development Plan (STDP) of the Philippines;
2. Number of domestic and foreign tourists in the Philippines;
3. Visitor Arrivals by Country of Residence;
4. Tourist Receipts;
5. Inventory of Tourism Products in the Philippines and CAR;
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
We have enclosed the following available data:
For #1, the DOT has no document regarding STDP. Relative to this request, we can only provide you with a copy of the National Ecotourism Strategy and Action Plan (NESAP) 2013–2022 and the Product Portfolios based on the Revised National Tourism Plan 2021-2022.
For #2 and 3, you may find the data on the number of domestic and foreign tourists in the Philippines, and Visitor Arrivals by Country of Residence for 2017 to 2022 through this link: http://www.tourism.gov.ph/tourism_dem_sup_pub.aspx
We have also attached the data on Tourist Receipts for the above-mentioned period.
For the Inventory of Tourism Products in the Philippines and CAR, please be informed that we only have data on the inventory of tourist attractions.
