Hello this is Maria Flordeliz M. Sabejon, from Sibulan Negros Oriental, I would like to follow up Parole and Probation Administration if the Request Letter for Parole that was sent via LBC by my brother on April 25 2023, for our father RIZALDO SAMBAAN SABEJON JR. with Prison # N218-P2616 spent 15 yrs in jail & currently at New Bilibid Prison Muntinlupa. Sentence 14-16 yrs RTC Branch 41 for carnapping, has underlying condition,(Hypertension/High Blood), a PWD POLIO.We are hoping that by sending a request letter of parole to your humble office would be granted and hope it arrives safely.
A quick summary about my imprisoned father & additional information about him : • Still in jail (15 years and counting) • Sentenced by RTC Branch 41, 14 yrs -16 yrs imprisonment and 2-3 years imprisonment by MTC for Carnapping • Has underlying health condition (Hypertension) has prescription to maintain (He's been rush several times in Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital while serving his jail time here at Provincial Jail Dumaguete City) • PWD (POLIO) • No friends & relatives in Luzon If there are documents, specific requirements needed to formally request a Parole for our father please let us know through my email [email protected] or phone 09971010898 .
