Hi, it is known that Undersecretary Claro A. Arellano received records and support letters from 60+ employment agencies in Hong Kong supporting the implementation of a new tech system. However, neither Bello or Arellano acknowledged these records in their press release regarding the POLO HK investigation. These records fit the definition of records that must be released under FOI. Therefore, I am requesting such records be provided as soon as possible.
