Hello! I would like to know what document I could obtain from CHED in place of a form 137. I need to provide a form 137 in order to claim my college diploma. However, my high school is no longer in operation so there's no way for me to get my form 137. I have been advised by my university to obtain a letter from CHED in place of a form 137. Would like to know what this letter would be and how I could obtain it. Thanks so much!
