It is known that DOLE received and acknowledged receipt of at least two letters from agencies supporting the endeavors of Polaris Tools Limited. One letter was signed by 60+ different Hong Kong agencies and another letter was written by Allan Smith from Arrow Employment Services, who witnessed the bidding process of multiple service providers at POLO HK. I would like to clarify, why is DOLE claiming they did not receive these letters, can we obtain a copy of these letters, and whether or not the letters were included in the investigative report.
