Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE)

It is known that DOLE received and acknowledged receipt of at least two letters from agencies supporting the endeavors of Polaris Tools Limited.

One letter was signed by 60+ different Hong Kong agencies and another letter was written by Allan Smith from Arrow Employment Services, who witnessed the bidding process of multiple service providers at POLO HK.

I would like to clarify, why is DOLE claiming they did not receive these letters, can we obtain a copy of these letters, and whether or not the letters were included in the investigative report.
