We are a service contractor for a Power Distribution Unit with registered customers in Cagayqn de Oro.We are about to enter into a contract to serve Notice of Disconnection and Job Orders for disconnection of power for delinquent customers witin the franchise area of the power company. Do we need a PEMEDES considering that messengerial service is not our Core function, as we also have job orders for change of meters and new meter installation. The Disconnection Notice is just periphal to Disconnection Job Orders In other words we are not functioning as firm like Grab, LBC, etc. Thank you.
