Im Marc Olap of the Department of Energy and was hoping, that DILG can share the list of corresponding Legal document (Proclamation, RA, Memorandum Circulars) that supports the Conversion of a City into a Highly Urbanized City of the following Cities: Baguio Angeles Olongapo Lucena Iloilo Bacolod Cebu Mandaue Zamboanga Iligan Cagayan de Oro Davao General Santos A similar example is City of Palawan: 1. RA5906 - “An Act Creating the City of Puerto Princesa” 2. Proclamation No. 1264 - March 26, 2007, Conversion of the City of Puerto Princesa into a Highly-Urbanized City
