Hi! I am currently doing research on road traffic laws. Given that a lot of roads have explicit signs allowing or disallowing a motor vehicle to make a right turn on a red traffic light, is there a legal basis or document that allows LGUs or any traffic body to declare that at an intersection, it is allowed to make a right turn on a red light? Thank you!
