Hi! I want to request information regarding the legitimacy of a click-farming app called Leefire. It seems that many have been electrified by the said platform's earnings and friend commission ratio. However, it seems to me that Leefire provides a familiar suspicion similar to the Future Farming investment scam. Please assert if the said platform is legit or not because their website says it is legit. Here is their link: https://leefire.com/

Response to Request
The information on registered firms may be checked online through the SEC Check App (https://bit.ly/secmobileapp), the official mobile app of the Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines. Apart from providing information on whether a company is registered with the SEC, it gives on-the-go guides in doing business and investing in the Philippines, and contains investor alerts and educational materials aimed at protecting the investing public from investment scams.
For further verification of Leefire’s registration, you may coordinate directly with the SEC Company Registration and Monitoring Department. You may send an email to [email protected] or contact them through telephone numbers (632) 8818-7187; 8818-0763; 8818-5554 and 8818-8803.
Please bear in mind, however, that a SEC company registration does not automatically grant authority to offer investments in securities, bonds, commercial papers or similar financial instruments to more than 19 investors. The appropriate SEC license/certificate of authority must be obtained to engage in the said activities. Kindly visit the following to obtain more information:
