Response to Request
The information on registered firms may be checked online from the SEC Check App (https://bit.ly/secmobileapp), the official mobile app of the Securities and Exchange Commission Philippines. Apart from providing information on whether a company is registered with the SEC, it gives on-the-go guides in doing business and investing in the Philippines, and contains investor alerts and educational materials aimed at protecting the investing public from investment scams.
Please bear in mind, however, that a SEC company registration does not automatically grant authority to offer investments in securities, bonds, commercial papers or similar financial instruments to more than 19 investors. The appropriate SEC license/certificate of authority must be obtained to engage in the said activities. Kindly visit the following to obtain more information:

To request for copies of the company's documents filed with the SEC, you may visit https://secexpress.ph/application-form or contact hotline number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. All documents requested through this system will be delivered within five to seven days from confirmation of payment. The list of SEC fees may be found at https://secexpress.ph/service-fees.
