September 5, 2021 TO: Public Assistance Action Center FOI Officer Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings of peace! Regarding my request dated August 01, 2021 particular pertaining to data or inventory of the least-mastered skills in reading particularly among Grades 10 students, I’m forwarding this letter to you to provide more information about the document I’m requesting. The following are the specific information about my request: - Statistic data of least-mastered reading comprehension skills obtained from reading inventories or tests item analyses collated among public schools in the entire Philippines or at least from the Division of Quezon City for the school years 2016 – 2019. The requested data or document will be utilized for my Master of Arts in Education study/thesis entitled “Utilizing microLESSON in Addressing the Least-Mastered Reading Comprehension Skills of Grade 10 Students”. The document will help me outline or list down the least-mastered skills that I will be addressing in my provision of an instruction intervention among my learners in the course of my study. This list will be the sole bases for the content of my intervention. As additional information, the study is experimental in design where in my learners will be grouped into two the experimental group and the control group. Both will be subjected to reading interventions, the control will receive a traditional instructional material while the experimental will receive the microLESSON. The expected output of the study is a reading program that will be applied or implemented in the school where I teach. Attached is the copy of my identification card.
