I would like to request for the copy of the Leasehold and Development Contract approved by President Fidel V. Ramos on June 14, 1997.  The subject matter of the lease is the Roponggi Property of the Philippines in Japan.

I am currently making reasearch on the contracts executed by the Government regarding state properties abroad.
